Use the same customer account used at checkout. Activation may take a few minutes while payment is verified.

A completed, in-scope business answer counts toward your 200-answer allowance. Each completed follow-up answer also counts. Failed answers and off-topic redirects do not count. Unused answers expire at renewal, and there are no automatic overage charges.
No. Business Desk is an AI chat service. It does not include staff consulting, website management, or done-for-you work. If you want hands-on help, request a separate MPM project.
It cannot browse your website, access live store analytics, or make changes. Paste relevant, non-sensitive text or figures into the chat. This membership is text-only; file uploads and image generation are not included.
